This selection of wood furniture was painted with a matt white finish to absorb the harshness of the bright sunlight, the matt finish taking away from the uneasy glare. The mirrors were added to hide the bar and sink and to expand the views over the external landscape, creating the illusion of space. Once the mirrors are lit they become clear, providing a multi faceted appearance. I like to think of furniture as a living thing - adaptable to its environment
