Notting Hill

This house needed something dramatic. I designed these pieces with the heavy contrast of silver and dark oak. The heavy bold shapes give the furniture a masculine feel but the contrasting silver adds the finesse of the feminine. The two elements give the perfect balance to the piece.

The TV cabinet or cinema station has integrated speakers on the top. In the base we padded the left and right sides to stop the speakers vibrating and distorting the sound. The panels in the doors were filled with horsehair allowing perfect sound to reverberate around the room. This insures the piece is both beautiful and technically fit for purpose.
